Matthew Davis
Matthew has been a recruiting professional for the past 12 years and has been at companies like Salesforce, Facebook, Zynga, Zoom and Waymo. Matthew’s prior experience has proven his wide range of roles from entry level and new grads to senior engineering and business roles. Matthew graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he was on the Division 1 Swim Team for four years. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Shane Landefeld
Shane has spent his career working with organizations, managing, and coordinating talent to meet objectives, for projects, startups, and Larger Organizations. Shane has the ability to source exceptional candidates and match them with the right roles. Shane’s colleagues have described him as “someone who gets shit done” and “Shane is a collaborative person, that is great at working in a team, and bringing people together as well as giving a new perspective to organizations.” Shane just recently finished his MBA at Loyola Marymount with a focus on organizational leadership and entrepreneurship.
Michael Com
Michael joined Brainiac in 2023 and is currently active in corporate development efforts. Prior to joining Brainiac, Michael worked at First Resonance where he focused on talent acquisition technical talent during the company’s early growth stage growth. Michael also previously spent four years at Henry Building Systems, where he focused on Human Resources management for employees at U.S. and Canada manufacturing plants, and three years as HR Systems and Reporting Analyst at GreatCall, partnering with IT, Finance, Customer Support and Operations teams. Michael received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California San Diego, in 2009 and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University in 2023.
